Archie Fothergill, Will Scholey, Toby Atkin, Harry Shackleton and Ben Mills were all selected to play for the North East in a game against the North West which was played at Manchester Rugby Club yesterday.
The selection was as a result of voting by all competitors during the 2023-24 season. The club is extremely proud that we had five of our players chosen by competitor clubs.
Archie Fothergill scored the first try for the North East and Harry Shackleton converted all the tries scored by the North East but sadly they were 'pipped at the post' 35-28 by the North West.
