As previously posted on the website, senior training will take place on Tuesday and Thursday, meeting upstairs in the club at 6.40pm before going down to start at 7.05pm.

Initially, the training is taking place 'over the bank' - and I can hear the groans! But, the area over the bank has been transformed and it has been well worth the wait and inconvenience as the Environment Agency have worked on the Ouse flood barrier.

The training will be somewhat different this year as Coach Graham Steadman has arranged a four week session, followed by a week's break before another four week session. This will be followed by a series of friendlies and another break before the start of the season.
