Before Saturday’s North One East game, the York RUFC team from 2005/2006 will be playing against an Over 35 team from neighbours Pocklington RUFC/Rowntrees RUFC, kicking off at 12.30pm.

Cory Wallace, who played in the York side ‘all those years ago’, has reunited the team for the occasion. Jon Sharp is unable to join in the fun as he is now back living in New Zealand after many years in York. Chris Preen will also be absent – our thoughts and best wishes are with him after the cruel accident which left him housebound.

Please give them your support - they may be a little slower than they were, but the skill and enjoyment will still be evident!
